Q. What do I do if my window is not square?

A. If your window is not square, an outside mount is recommended.

Q. What if my shade doesn’t roll up all the way?

A.Remove your shade from the mount. Find the end with the rectangular pin. Using pliers turn the spring counter-clockwise a few turns. This will tighten the spring.
